Refund policy

Returns and Refunds: Customised and personalised products are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in the event of an error from our end, in which case we will promptly address the issue. Once an order is made, we cannot accommodate any changes or requests for cancellation.

Breakage Policy: While we take great care in packaging our items, if breakage occurs during transit, please photograph the damage and contact us immediately. However, once items are unpacked, we are not responsible for any breakages. Some of our products, such as acrylic name plaques and cake toppers, are particularly fragile.  We include care cards to advise customers of proper handling.
