Shipping policy

 

We only ship within Australia.

We ship our products via Australia Post

Standard shipping is $12 (except for items larger than 50cm – these will be calculated at checkout)
Express post is $17 for standard size parcels.

In the rare event that your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at faive@wherewelive.com.au

If your package arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 24 hours at faive@wherewelive.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as we are able.

At this time we do not provide a pick up service.
